I love newborns.  I love everything about them from their small toes to the smell of their new skin.  Though newborn sessions have proved to be my most challenging type of session, I love having the opportunity to hold a new little miracle. Even if only for just a couple of hours.  For this newborn session, the family chose to have the session in the comfort of their own home.  It was perfect. I had such a great time meeting this family and being able to capture these special moments!

Pin It I can't believe 2013 is coming to an end tonight and tomorrow starts a new year!  I have been blessed beyond measure in 2013 with amazing clients and friends.  Thank you all for believing in my ability and entrusting me with the memories that will last you and your families a lifetime!

My last sneak peek of the year is here!  My beautiful little niece is 14 months now and walking like crazy!  And aren't her eyes stunning?!?!  I hope they stay that color forever!

I had so much fun with this family...they were so relaxed and they were definitely not afraid to be silly and have a great time.  They were in town for a family reunion and they were also celebrating their newly engaged son and his fiance!  He was definitely the goof ball of the family:)

I love being apart of family memories.  I have done newborn photos, birthday photos, and now family photos of these great people!  The weather was a bit chilly but the sun was shining and there was no rain in sight. Yes!  We are in that point of the Fall where the weather becomes more unpredictable...which is hard when we have family Christmas card photos at stake! ;)
